A LOT OF ENERGY IS BEST HEARD WITHOUT SAYING A WORD.`

This is gonna be quick and painless. I’ve been using daily silence time as a really powerful way to get answers to things that elude me during the day. Reason is - as a writer, most of the voices in my head enjoy a good quorum - and so do the people I engage with daily. Means a lot of energy is expended listening and telling. A cacophony - I tell ya! So, a likkle “shhhhhhhhh” goes a long way.

1) Silence as Answers. As we head into the New Moon in Cancer Friday, using the energy of the Dark Moon today, Wednesday and Thursday and being at one with “shhhhhhhhhh" by resting, hydrating, and giving more fucks about yourself are super-clutch. Give yourself space to produce the next best version of you m’baby!

2) High Noons. Chile! One of my favorite things is connecting amazing people to amazing people. The thing is, spiritual bypassing is real AF, and focusing on the easy shit ain’t gonna prepare you for the less easy shit. My version of healing may include raging against the machine, working out, writing and cussin.’ Yours may include yoga, abstinence, dancing and painting. Your pal’s may include golfing, gardening, smoking, and whiskey. Thing is - we all gotta do our own work, and maybe it’s all about building brave spaces to dig deeper and stretch further, nah mean? In either case, let’s practice focusing on trusting our own gifts, shadows, and works.
